Short Introduction

Dr. Md. Arafat Islam currently works as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at City University, Bangladesh. Before joining City University, he worked as a research fellow at the Institute of Aeronautical and Astronautical Thermophysics under the School of Energy Science and Engineering, Harbin Institute of Technology, P R China. He was one of the team members in Prof. Dr. Hong Qi's lab and also worked in the Key Laboratory of Aerospace Thermophysics under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in Harbin, People's Republic of China. Early in his career, Dr. Arafat serves as a faculty member in the Department of Aeronautical Engineering at the Military Institute of Science and Technology, Bangladesh.

-Assistant  Professor,  Department  of  Mechanical  Engineering  at  City  University,  Bangladesh  from  2023  to  till.  
-  Lecturer,  Department  of  Aeronautical  Engineering  at  Military  Institute  of  Science  and  Technology,  Bangladesh  from  2012  to  2015.
